Here you can choose the functionality and messages options for your widget.
1. To determine text and functionality of your widget you need to go “Widget theme” in integration part then click on “Functionality” option.
2.Here you can select various feature options that will be available on the widget to be used by the agents and customers on the website.
- You may turn on the video and voice call from the customer's perspective.
- You may turn on the screen sharing & co-browsing for the agents.
3. All text/messages on the widget can be amended to suit your requirements. You can select “Messages” option in the Widget theme section.
4. From here you can change or edit different text messages in various fields of the widget.
