The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads and developing business for the company. He/she will be part of a sales team and will responsible for providing direct and indirect sales by utilizing a variety of sales, organizational and project management skills.
Achieve assigned revenue target by selling Tagove's complete line of services including live chat, video call, co-browsing etc.
Understand about our software’s specialties including specific technologies used
Respond to inquiries from CEO, CSO, coordinate with other members
Provide management with quarterly revenue and activity commitments
Investigate potential vertical markets and prospect in these markets
Go the extra mile to drive sales
Responsible for day-to-day activities
Arrange the meeting with the customer and giving a quick demo.
Follow up with customer and upsell to them

Talk to customer with our live chat software and generate the lead
Attend the meeting and conferences
1+ years of software (especially SaaS) sales experience as an individual contributor
Experienced in all aspects of planning and implementing high-end sales strategy.
Effective presentation skills in a variety of formal settings, both inside and outside the organization.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional
Having knowledge around SaaS, Customer support, and Sales
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Work well in a fast-paced team environment
Self-driven and able to work independently to achieve their goals.
Collaborate with product and engineering on new functionality requirement basis client feedback and participate in daily prioritization calls to resolve day to day issues
Relevant work experience in contract management, contract compliance domain; exposure to global outsourcing contracts with a consulting firm related to the outsourcing industry, or with a client in a relevant position
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent business judgment
Ability to bring consultative approach and value propositions to the clients based on as is assessment of client/supplier business environment
Hands-on user experience in contract management or supplier management software.
